Raking Season Now Open - Go Get Them, Leaves!

Wednesday, October 12, 2011 at 10:29AM

The raking season for 2011/2012 school year is now open and we are accepting raking requests again. The million dollar question of course is: "How much?" Well, that depends... on your generosity, as we have no set rates. All the money raised by raking are used directly for student's projects within the club, we have no administrative overhead.

It is also our policy to provide necessary financial support so all deserving students can travel as their projects require. Junior club members make May trip to Virginia, where they compete at Team America Rocketry Challenge National Fly-offs. Veteran club members travel in April to Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville, AL, where they conclude their year long NASA Student Launch Initiative project by a launch of their rocket and scientific payload at NASA sanctioned rocket launch.

Please consider supporting our efforts and projects by hiring the aspiring rocket scientists to rake your yard or to assist you with fall cleaning. The link to the raking request form is below. Additionally, if you wish to talk to the raking supervisor directly, feel free to call/text Pavel @ 608-957-2595 at virtually anytime (leave a message if necessary).
